I have a history of performing, as a teacher and as a musician and singer. I have also spent many years writing in different formats. Working together, we can produce a ceremony that will fulfil all your requirements and stay long in the memory of all who participate. We will include all the events and elements of your journey to the special day. I am not religious, but am happy to involve spiritual elements if desired. The only criteria I have for accepting the role of celebrant at your wedding is that you are both involved in the planning process and are in it together all the way.

I have organised and run fundraisers, performance theatre, an art gallery, a cafe, and a school. Just before covid changed our world I officiated at my first wedding, that of my niece, Clare and Thin. It feels like a natural progression. All the jobs I have done in my life involve working with people, and if I could pinpoint one quality that I possess doing all these jobs, it is that I can bring calm to a situation. I graduated with two degrees in Philosophy, and what I learned from that experience is that for any process to work smoothly and successfully it requires asking the right questions. In planning any type of ceremony, I can help you ensure that the tone is right, that all the right elements are included , and that it will run smoothly.

I can work as a celebrant for weddings and funerals.
I can also organise the whole day including the food and music if required, if the wedding is in the Galway area.
All other prices if further needs are desired, such as the music or food being organised will be negotiable.
Wedding Ceremonies
My price for a wedding in Galway City is 500 euros on Fridays and Saturdays, and 400 euros on other days. If I have to travel there will be a 30 cent per kilometre surcharge.
Funeral Ceremonies
My price for a funeral in Galway City is 350 euros. If I have to travel there will be a 30 cent per kilometre surcharge.
